It's not great to stay in a space where you're getting mad all the time and nothing will ever change. I'm quite glad we left most of those spaces; what we have left is just areas of comfort, with familiar friends and shared values.

I wish it was easier to find these, but I cannot say I am unhappy.

I know that when I can eventually reach professional help, I will be able to better temper these outbursts. It is so isolating to be trapped with a disability like this, at this age, at this accomplishment - it is expected that I do better. Alas, not all can understand being held hostage by your own blood, in more ways than one. It would be a waste for me to worry about it.

I won't worry.
